Riverside Theater Parking

Once parked, there is a short walk to the The Riverside Theater entrance.  Milwaukee traffic is notoriously busy around Riverside Theater during popular events. With these in mind, please allow a little extra time to your journey.

On the day of your event, be careful that you’re choosing the correct parking structure. You want: 

Gimbels Structure  

555 N. Plankinton Ave

Milwaukee, WI 53203

You can enter the structure from Michigan Avenue or Plankinton Avenue.

There are other paid parking structures in the vicinity, but the Riverside Theater has no relationship with them. 

The Riverside Theater doesn’t offer onsite parking, and it doesn’t validate parking. However, the Riverside Theater has partnered with the Gimbels Parking Structure, about 1.5 blocks from the theater, to offer parking passes for $7 on weekdays and $10 on weekends. You’ll need to purchase these passes ahead of time and display them on your dashboard, printing them out if you received them electronically. 

You can simply buy these passes from the box office online, in person, or by calling 414-242-8200. If you’re buying your tickets online, you can add parking to your order at the same time. With the pass, you’ll be able to park for 6 hours, starting 2 hours before your event. So, if you’re looking to park before getting a quick bite to eat before your show begins, this could be a good option for you.
